We’re expanding the structural landscape of the University, an institution intrinsically rooted within the fabric of our city and country. Our real estate developments honour local culture while cultivating the spirit of innovation with every new endeavour. Our assets contribute to the academic mission. Development work of this nature requires a special kind of creativity and energy. It requires an ability to see the University’s campus grounds through a new lens and reimagine real estate.
What We Do
We partner with like-minded organizations to expand our portfolio and participate in the development of high-quality innovation space, housing, and ancillary retail across U of T. We plan for and respond to current and future space needs while supporting the University’s engagement in civic goals. In other words, our assets improve student, staff and faculty environments on campus, while tackling country-wide housing deficits and the climate emergency head-on. With these overarching priorities in mind, we manage all real estate acquisitions, leasing and partnership opportunities undertaken for the purposes of advancing the Four Corners initiative on behalf of the University.
