In doing so, we manage all acquisitions, leasing, and partnership opportunities on behalf of the University.
EXPLORE OUR PROJECTSThe University of Toronto’s Real Estate department is responsible for executing the University’s “Four Corners” strategy, which is focused on developing much-needed housing, innovation space, retail, and other commercially-viable projects that provide a return to University. The department also leads negotiation of academic and non-academic leasing activities, as well as joint-venture partnerships for future development. In doing so, it share resources, knowledge, and experience across other University departments to bring the highest quality and most cost-effective development projects to the campus and community.
