The University of Toronto’s Real Estate department is responsible for executing the University’s “Four Corners” strategy, which is focused on developing much-needed housing, innovation space, retail, and other commercially-viable projects that provide a return to University. The department also leads negotiation of academic and non-academic leasing activities, as well as joint-venture partnerships for future development. In doing so, it shares resources, knowledge, and experience across other University departments to bring the highest quality and most cost-effective development projects to the campus and community.
