Our Story

In its first year of operations, Real Estate Partnerships added staff capacity and expertise in the areas of financial analysis and negotiation support. We advanced key projects such as the Schwartz-Reisman Innovation Campus and Oak House Residence that will contribute to a sense of community and our city’s innovation economy. We also strengthened relationships with Real Estate Advisory Committee (REAC), comprised of internal and external stakeholders to help guide the 4C vision and provide feedback on future development opportunities.
