Real Estate Legal Advisory
We strengthen our real estate strategies by adapting for the best-case scenario in the decision-making process and carefully reviewing. Property Accounting
Our property investment team is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and financial guidance. We have an open-book policy with our partners.
Asset Management & University Acquistions
The Asset Management team provides oversight and plans for the continued growth of the Universities’ 4Corners properties. These plans focus heavily on supporting ancillary operations. This team recognizes the opportunity for optimizing the development of readily available University-owned properties, and manages the acquisition of new properties along the campus’ edges.
