Empower Innovation

Making Room for Research & Development
U of T-led startups require space for research and development with the flexibility to eventually bring their products to market once they evolve beyond the incubator stage. We strive to facilitate these startups. Our buildings are places where entrepreneurial, research-based AI and technology companies can transform their products from ideation to realization. The commercial partner roster in this building is specifically curated to cultivate a prolific innovation community.
