University Planning, Design & Construction
Provides lead campus master planning, space allocation, design and engineering services, expertise in navigating the municipal approvals process, costing and project management services for both capital projects and major renovations.
Spaces & Experiences
Responsible for improving life outside the classroom, S&E is the operations team for all the University’s residential, parking, and campus event spaces.
Whether by providing locally and sustainably sourced meals, creating memorable campus events, operating warm and friendly residences or cultivating innovative development projects for students, staff and faculty – S&E’s priority is supporting the University community in creative and innovative ways.
Facilities & Services
An expert team of property management professionals responsible for the campus grounds and all maintenance services across the portfolio. Their sphere of activity spans from mail delivery to caretaking, from HVAC to mechanical and utilities repair services, and much more.
